Helen GA Unicoi State Park YRE 12Km


Well Labor Day weekend is not the time to go to Helen GA. The start of the hike got confused because one person said we could park at the visitors center and another said no. A sign in parking mentioned getting towed so we drove to a pay to park lot. The trail is well maintained but you may stumble in a few parts. Unfortunately it doesn’t go by Anna Falls. Helen also has a 5KM route through the town that I didn’t know about. I’ll take that one next time along with tubing on the Chattahoochee.
